Important Communication and Dates for The Class of 2025

March 15th- Cap, gown & tassel orders were DUE! You need to wear this to walk at graduation.

 

Monday, March 31st-June 13th- Senior Photos to Crystal by email - They will go on our website Senior Page since we do not have a yearbook.

 

Friday, April 11th- Please complete the following survey. This is required whether you plan to walk or not. CMC Graduation Ceremony Survey - Class of 2025

 

Friday, May 2nd- Graduation slideshow pictures are Due (see attached) - Email photos & quote (see below) to [email protected]. If you don’t submit anything, your name will only appear on the slideshow when you are announced at graduation and walk across the stage.

 

Friday, May 2nd-Senior Quote- This can be a quote by someone else or you can make up your quote, just keep it appropriate, of course :) If it is a quote by someone else, please include the name of the person. This quote will be shown with the 3 photos you submit for the Graduation Slideshow that plays as you walk across the stage at graduation.. Please email it to [email protected] along with the 3 photos by May 2nd.

 

Monday, May 5th- Mandatory Senior Meeting! 3:00-3:45pm in the CMC Commons. Class of 2025 group photo will be taken, pick up cap and gowns if they are in, FAFSA, go over Senior Checkout, Scholarship Opportunities, and much more important information to go over prior to our ceremony on May 30th. 

 

Friday, May 11th- We want to celebrate our Graduates who have made a "Decision” about their plans after high school.  For many, it's college.  For others, it's the military.  Still others will choose an Apprenticeship, or a Trade School such as Cosmetology School or Culinary School. Survey link for students will be sent out in late April.

 

Friday, May 16- To participate in the ceremony and walk at graduation, all graduates should have passing grades by May 16th, and if summer school is needed, you must be registered. Please be in communication with your Counselor during these weeks leading up to graduation.

 

Friday, May 23rd- CMC Recognition Ceremony for Students. Parents can attend as well. More information to come. This will take place in the morning at CMC, before we leave for bowling & pizza. This Celebration is to recognize our Graduates. We need you here! You will receive your Cord(s), which you will need to wear at graduation. You will receive your Biliteracy Medals if you earned one, Student Awards, Scholarship Recognitions, and so much more. It is a morning of celebration!

 

Friday, May 30th- Mandatory rehearsal at Rolling Hills church at 12:00pm. For rehearsal, we will have a bus leaving CMC at 11:45am and returning to CMC at 2:30pm for those who do not drive, or you may meet us there at 12:00pm.

 

Friday, May 30th - Arrive by 6:20pm- Graduation at 7pm sharp. We will take our graduation group photo at 6:30pm and line up to walk at 6:45pm.  Graduation will start promptly at 7:00pm. The doors will be shut then to avoid any disruptions during graduation, please remind your family to be there by 7:00pm and no blow horns, confetti, or balloons will be allowed in the church; they can be kept in your family's vehicles until after graduation. No tickets are necessary for admission, each graduate will be able to have unlimited guests attend.
