CMC is partnering with LifeStance Health (formerly Western Psychological) to offer School-Based Mental Health Services.
  • Available to all CMC students, regardless of insurance or ability to pay
  • Services Offered: Individual and Family Therapy (on campus at CMC or virtual)
  • How to Access Mental Health Services (choose any option below):
School Fee Waivers: NCSD schools can no longer collect applications for Free and Reduced Meals. Instead, middle school and high school families seeking fee waivers can complete a short online form for each enrolled student, which can be found here: www.nclack.k12.or.us/feewaiver
