???? ATTENTION CLASS OF 2024!!! ????

This is a great time to Spring Into Action to complete your preparation for next year!! We know that many of you are still working on your college applications, financial aid applications (i.e. FAFSA, Oregon Promise, etc) and all types of scholarships during this busy time!

We are holding an event at CMC next Monday, April 22nd from 9am - 1pm to support you in either completing your financial aid applications, working on scholarships, understanding financial aid award letters or to take that first step in getting started wherever you are in the process of getting ready for life after high school!!

June 1st is a big application deadline coming up for Oregon Promise and FAFSA - Let us help you cross these tasks off your "to-do" list! If needed, you will be excused from your CMC classes to attend and receive help in completing these important tasks. We will be awarding raffle tickets for each task you complete for a drawing in early May for a prize!! Any student who attends will be given a raffle prize entry in addition to the raffle entries for completing your applications!!

Graduating students are strongly encouraged to attend during your open periods - we will have all counselors available as well as an admissions rep from CCC to help with your application questions and to help students transitioning to CCC! If you're planning to attend CCC next year, we will be reaching out this week to schedule a specific appointment time for you to meet with our CCC admissions rep on Monday. All students can drop in anytime during the event to get scholarship and application help (no appointment is needed).

Upcoming applications & deadlines that you can get assistance with at this event:
CCC Foundation Scholarship - Due April 24th
North Clackamas Education Foundation Scholarship - Due April 26th
FAFSA - as soon as possible (no later than June 1st)
Oregon Promise - June 1st

ALREADY DONE WITH YOUR APPLICATIONS?? If you have already completed your FAFSA, College Applications, Oregon Promise or other scholarships we will be recognizing your efforts too!! Any student who has already completed any applications will be entered into a drawing for a raffle prize when we do our final drawing in early May!! We'll be tracking your progress and adding raffle prize entries for every task that you complete! Be sure to let your counselor know if you completed any applications :)
