Want to know what it’s like to work in tech and build cool products? Come meet with engineers, product managers and designers at Workday who do it every day. You will get hands-on experience with trending technologies including Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, and receive college and career advice directly from professionals. Lunch provided.

How to attend:

Step 1: Fill out the fall 2024 student interest form ASAP. (Type your email address and cell number carefully so we can reach you!)

Step 2: Have your parent/guardian fill out the 2024-25 parent/guardian permission form ASAP. (Your application can’t be considered until this is done.) Students who do this early have much better luck at being accepted.

Step 3: PWA will contact you to let you know if you’re accepted or waitlisted, or if the career day is full.

Step 4: Show up and have an amazing time!

Who can attend:

High school students in the Portland metro area are encouraged and welcome to apply. When space is limited, priority is given to students from PWA partner districts (Parkrose, Reynolds, Gresham-Barlow, North Clackamas, Oregon Charter Academy, Portland Public Schools). Students from other districts are always welcome and accepted whenever space is available.
