CMC Activity Field Trip Authorization Form 

On Thursday Dec 14, 2023, CMC is organizing a trip to Mt. View Ice Arena for Ice Skating to celebrate the end of the term.

We will depart CMC on the school buses at 9:00am sharp, please do not be late. We will return to CMC around 12:30pm

This activity is to help build on our school goal of every student feeling part of an accepting school culture.
