The OHSU Knight Cancer Institute is proud to announce that the Application for the 2023 Ted R. Lilley CURE summer internship program is now open. CURE is an 8-week paid internship program at the Knight Cancer Institute, focusing on Portland-area high school students (current 10th-12th grade students) who excel academically and come from socially or economically disadvantaged backgrounds. The goal of CURE is to address the issue of health equity by increasing participation of underserved and underrepresented minorities in biomedical research and other health-related fields.

Applications are due by December 9, 2022

An essay, resume and two letters of recommendation are required so please make sure to give your recommenders plenty of time to submit a letter on your behalf.
