Clackamas Middle College (CMC) Community,

I hope this communication finds your family safe and well.

Due to the success of our virtual Parent/Guardian-Teacher Conferences in the last few years, we are looking to continue this success by hosting our virtual Parent/Guardian-Teacher Conferences on Monday, November 21^st, and Tuesday, November 22^nd.  The conferences will be held over two days to give families more of an opportunity to meet with their child and teachers.

These virtual conference dates are for families of students in all of CMC’s programs.  We will have CMC counselors, teachers, and other staff members available to answer any questions you might have. The purpose of these conferences is to increase your understanding of your child’s journey throughout the 2022-2023 school year.  As we go through this process together, please feel free to ask any questions or voice any concerns you may have about your child’s progress. We encourage all families to log into their North Clackamas (Google) email account with their child.  Prior to signing up, please review your child’s grades (via ParentVUE/StudentVUE) to pick the appropriate day/time for the conference.

The conference times for Day 1-Monday, November 21^st begin at 11:30am and run through 7:00pm in the evening with a smaller break, and dinner break built into the schedule.  The conference times for Day 2-Tuesday, November 22^nd begin at 8:15am and run through 3:45pm with a smaller break, and lunch break built into the schedule.

These days are very important to your child’s education. We are looking forward to the conference and working with you to ensure the success of your child. If you cannot attend during the days and times listed above, please feel free to contact your child’s teachers/counselors. Within the next week, we will email families Google Meet teacher codes to enter the conferences directly during the appropriate scheduled times.

As a reminder, there will be no school for students in CMC’s College Prep Program Monday, November 21^st through Wednesday, November 23^rd.  Students who are in the Pathways to College Program, Pathways to Careers or the College Extended Options Program will still be required to attend their college classes on these days.  Thanksgiving Break is November 24^th & November 25^th; both CMC & CCC will be closed on these days.
