Maintain a good engagement level in classes (including CRS), maintain good grades, and continue to develop college readiness skills (see eligibility requirements).	Ongoing
Receive information about the Pathways to College Program (see PPT) during College Readiness Seminar. Ask questions!	Jan.13th
Communicate your interest with your advisor in applying to the Pathways to College Program.	Feb. 3rd
Complete College Readiness Rubric and one-on-one conference with your advisor where you will review progress and set SMART goals for College Readiness. PTC eligibility and selection review in CRS. Request a Nomination form if interested in Pathways to College Program. Google Doc - Nomination Form Google Form - Nomination Form	Feb. 17th
Complete Request for Nomination and Student Checklist form; review both with parent/guardian and return to advisor by due date.	Feb. 24th
Pathways to College students announced. Advisors will provide feedback to all students. Students will review SMART goal progress and revise for spring term.	Mar. 4th (Mar 8th)
If selected, attend the Pathways to College Program Orientation (Online).	Mar. 11th
