The STAMP (STAndards-Based Measurement of Proficiency) is a proficiency-based assessments that award students up to 4 high school elective credits (AR) for knowledge of a language other than English. In conjunction with meeting the Essential Skills of reading and writing in English, students are able to use the STAMP to demonstrate literacy in a partner language and fulfill the requirements to earn the State Seal of Biliteracy at graduation.
This winter we are delighted to offer these assessments FREE to our students! At this time, we cannot guarantee that our spring opportunities will also be free. Space is limited, so please encourage students to register early.
More information, including a practice test, on the STAMP assessments and the State Seal of Biliteracy can be found on the Equity & Instructional Services webpage.
In order to streamline our process of registration, the student or student's parents/guardians must register online with their name, ID number, school and language. Space is limited, so please encourage students to sign up early.
