We encourage all eligible families to submit a new application for free and reduced meal benefits prior to the start of each school year. This allows the application to be processed and the correct eligibility established before school starts. Please complete one application for your entire household (including foster children) and include all of your students that attend school in the North Clackamas School District. Applications may be submitted at any time during the school year. If your household income changes, please submit a new application to verify eligibility. Paper applications and waivers are also attached and can be dropped off at your student’s school, or the District Office, or mailed to the District Office at North Clackamas School District, Accounting Department, 12400 SE Freeman Way, Milwaukie, OR 97222. Students receiving free or reduced meal benefits are eligible for reduced or waived fees in school program activities and athletics. To receive these extended benefits, families must complete a Confidentiality Waiver Form to allow us to share eligibility status with our bookkeepers.
