Permission Slip & $15.00 are DUE TODAY to Crystal for the Winterhawks game on Feb.10th.

On February 10^th, CMC will have the opportunity to attend a Winterhawks hockey game at the MODA center. 

Tickets are $15 and this includes transportation to and from the game! 

Game starts at 7pm so we will leave CMC by school bus at 5pm and return around 9:30pm. 

Please complete the permission slip and return with your $15 to Crystal by Feb 3^rd.  (make checks to CMC if sending check – try to bring exact change if bringing cash)

Extra permission slips will be at Crystals Desk as well as on the bulletin board outside Amy’s room.
