- Permission Slips are DUE Wed., Dec. 13th for Ice skating - See Attached Letter - Permission Slips must be returned to Crystal - $5.00 fee to attend, this will help cover the cost of buses & ice skating. Still need to turn in permission slip and $5.00 even if you are not ice skating but still going to Lloyd Center with us. You can NOT drive separate, you need to take the bus with us.
