Hello RET-200 Students,
Happy Thursday! Your RET-200: Renewable Energy Systems course at CCC this term is starting next week: Tuesday, September 27th. Please review the information below thoroughly so you are fully prepared to begin your course.
First, RET-200 has a required textbook that CMC is providing for you this term. Please pick up your textbook from Crystal anytime between now and next Tuesday. You will need it for class. In addition, you are expected to take excellent care of your textbook as it will be turned in to Crystal at the end of the term.
Course Details:
RET-200: Renewable Energy Systems (1.0 HS credit)
Days - Tuesday, Thursday
Time - 1:00 pm - 2:20 pm
Location - Oregon City Campus, Clairmont Hall Room 153
Instructor - Abe Fouhey
You will be riding the shuttle from CMC to CCC Oregon City campus and back. Plan on meeting in front of CMC on Tuesday, Sept. 27th at 12:30 pm to catch the shuttle. BE PROMPT!!! Here is your shuttle schedule:
- Pick up at CMC: 12:35 pm with Drop off at CCC: 12:50 pm
- Pick up at CCC: 2:25 pm with Drop off at CMC: 2:45 pm
CCC drop off and pick up location is behind Barlow Hall and noted on the attached campus map.

Expectations:
This is a college course taught by a college instructor. You are representing CMC on the CCC Oregon City campus. You are expected to behave accordingly:
- Be on time - Class starts promptly at 1:00 pm. You will need to hussle from the CMC shuttle drop off to Clairmont Hall.
- Attendance - You are expected to attend every class. Any missed classes must be communicated to your instructor prior to your absence. You are responsible for any missed work.
- Communication - You are expected to respectfully and effectively communicate with your instructor. You are also expected to check both your NClack and MyClackamas email EVERYDAY! "I didn't check my email" is not a valid or acceptable excuse.
- Preparedness - You are expected to show up to class 100% prepared to learn: paper, pencil and/or pen, calculator, etc.
